Our Response to COVID-19

As we all face the ongoing challenges of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic we want you to know that at Schaller Subaru we are continuing to keep our customers and employees safe as we enter the Holiday Season.

We encourage you to utilize our "Express Purchase Online" option which allows you to complete the entire vehicle purchase process from the safety of your home.  At the dealership, as you would expect, we require all guests and staff wear masks upon entering our building.  If you forget yours, we will be happy to provide one for you! We are maintaining social distance throughout our sales and service interactions and continually sanitizing and cleaning common areas throughout each business day.  Test-drives are done independently without a sales professional but of course, we will go over all the features and benefits of your next vehicle before sending you on your way. 

In addition to offering pickup and drop-off of your vehicle for service, we are also providing a free "Fresh Start" antimicrobial treatment to your vehicle after our technicians perform your work.  This treatment includes a safe chemical approved by the EPA for use against the virus that causes COVID-19.

First and foremost, we want you to know that we value the health and safety of our customers and staff. As a business, Schaller Subaru is taking the extra steps necessary to maintain a healthy and sanitary workplace while still meeting our customers' needs.

We continue to monitor information from state health authorities and the CDC for their guidance and recommendations on how we can help to prevent the spread of this virus.

Our steps include:

  • Thorough cleanings of all dealership facilities daily
  • Sanitizing gel and foam stations available on-site
  • Providing our staff with specific instructions on hand washing and the importance of staying home if they are not feeling well
  • Adhering to the recommended six feet of social distance from other staff and customers

We will be adjusting schedules and operations for some of our staff to ensure that we stay well and can continue serving our customers efficiently. These schedule adjustments should have minimal impact on our in-store operations.

Our website is a helpful resource for shopping and researching vehicles, finding service and parts information, and communicating directly with the dealership. We will also continue to offer vehicle pick-up and delivery services.
