The Subaru Legacy is unique in that in comes standard with the sophisticated Symmetrical All-Wheel Drive system that drives most Subaru models. The Honda Accord does not offer all-wheel drive as an option, so there's no way to take advantage of the extra stability and traction that are integral parts of the Legacy.
The Legacy offers two engine options. The first is a 2.5L engine that can produce up to 182 horsepower. You can opt for a more powerful 2.4L engine that produces up to 260 horsepower if you want a sedan with more kick to it. The most powerful Accord only offers up to 252 horsepower. With standard AWD at your command with the Legacy, you can enjoy having more power at your fingertips and a more surefooted drive.
