Subaru Creates Rain Gardens to improve Water Quality in New Jersey

Subaru cars, like the all new Subaru Outback are well known for performing well under bad weather conditions like snow and rain. Now the Japanese is taking action to help protect the environment from excessive rains like we have been experienced recently in New England and other parts of United States.
