Every 150,000 miles
  • Drain & Refill Cooling System. Inspect Radiator & Heater Hoses. Clean Radiator, Condenser, Pressure Cap & Neck. Pressure Test System & Cap.
  • Why is it important to have the Maintenance Log Validated?
  • Every GM vehicle comes with a Maintenance Log which should be validated by the GM dealer each time a service package is performed. A fully validated Maintenance Log provides these benefits.

         1. Ensures complete warranty coverage for both GM and any extended warranty plans.
         2. Makes the vehicle more valuable when it is time to sell or trade.
         3. Creates vehicle history for references, no matter which GM dealer is performing services.
         4. Provides documentation to the manufacturer in the event that warranty coverage is questionable.

Individual Maintenance Services
  •       Change engine oil & filter (up to 5 qts 5w-20 or 5w-30)
  •       Change engine oil & filter (up to 5 qts synthetic-incl. Hybrids)
  •       Rotate tires. Adjust inflation pressure. Visually check for wear & damage.
  •       Inspect battery & clean terminals.
  •       Replace engine air filter.
  •       Replace dust & pollen filter.
  •       Charging system analysis~includes battery load test, alternator output test & starter draw test, if necessary.
  •       Engine performance analysis-includes diagnostic test.
  •       Air conditioning system performance test~includes pressure test, leak test, up to 1lb freon (R134) & cleaning of condenser & in-car sensor.
  •       Four wheel alignment.
  •       Computer balance four tires.

Benefits of Synthetic Engine Oil
      1.    Flows freely to 45 degrees unlike base stock oils which get thicker as the temperature lowers. Synthetic oils provide quicker starting & superior engine protection.
      2.    Protects against engine heat over 400 degrees, more than 100 degrees higher than base stock.
      3.    Synthetic oils will not sludge.
      4.    Synthetic oils will improve gas mileage.
      5.    Synthetic oils continue to protect the engine if you accidentally miss an oil change.
      6.    Synthetic oils are used exclusively in aircraft engines because of their ability to lubricate under all temperature and pressure conditions. Expensive automobiles use synthetic oils for all these reasons.
